Ormai si avvicina la data del grande evento musicale del 2012: il TRL AWARDS 2012!!!
Il maxievento targato MTV, giunto alla settima edizione, che sabato 5 maggio celebrerà la musica e il meglio della cultura pop dell’anno. La location scelta,per la seconda volta di seguito, è splendido capoluogo toscano, Firenze!
Il festival a differenza del Trl Awards 2011 verrà effettuato in Piazzale Michelangelo invece che in piazza Santa Croce.
L’evento verrà presentato da Valentina Correani e Club Dogo.
Saranno 50 le nomination per gli artisti in gara che si sfideranno nelle seguenti 10 categorie:
- Best MTV Show: Diario di una nerd superstar; Ginnaste: vite parallele; I Soliti Idioti; Jersey Shore; Plane Jane: la nuova me.
- Best look: Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga; Avril Lavigne; Marco Mengoni; Nicki Minaj
- Wonder Woman Award: Adele; Lady Gaga; Laura Pausini; Katy Perry; Rihanna
- Italians do it better: Dolcenera; Emma: Giogia;J-Ax; Marracash
- Best Band: Club Dogo;LMFAO; Modà; Negramaro; Red Hot Chili Peppers
- Best Video: David Guetta, Usher, (Without You) Jovanotti(Il più grande spettacolo dopo il Big Bang); LMFAO (Party Rock Anthem); Maroon 5 feat, Cristina Aguilera (Moves like Jaggers); Katy Perry (Last Friday Night).
- Best New Generation: About Wayne, Emis Killa, Enrica Mou; Power Francers; Lucya Russo.
- Best Fun: Alessandra Amoroso; Big Bang; Emma; Avril Lavigne; One Direction.
- Super Man Award: Fabri Fibre; Tiziano Ferro; David Guetta; Jovanotti; Marco Mengoni
- Best Tormentone: Avicii(Levels); Don Omar feat. Lucenzo (Danza Kuduro); Pitbullfeat. Ne-Yo, Afrojack & Nayer (Give Me Everything); Swedish House Mafia (Save the World); Michel Telò (Ai Se Eu Te Pego).
Saranno presenti ben 15 artisti italiani che si confronteranno con stelle affermate della musica internazionale, e alcuni di loro ci presenteranno delle splendide di new hits.
Il Festival verrà trasmesso in diretta su MTV e in streaming live su MTV.IT.
