The Residence is located in the historical centre of Florence, very close to Santa Maria Novella Square, one of the most fascinating square of the city. Very close to the most important monuments and museums of Florence, our guests can enjoy nice strollings through the ancient street admiring the beauties offered by the town. Only a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella railway station and Exhibition and Congress Centre of the city.

THE RESIDENCE is an elegant building located very close to Santa Maria Novella Square, in a quiet and typical florentine street in the historical centre. The building is completely dedicated to host the Palazzo dal Borgo Residence with its 11 apartments with different sizes and services.
APARTMENTS
- Classic apartment situated at the ground or first floor, is composed by a large double room, bathroom, sitting room. Furnished with care. Some of them have a cooking corner.
- Superior apartment situated at the first or second floor, composed by a large double room, kitchen, bathroom, hall and lounge. Furnished with care.
- De Luxe apartment situated at the third floor, composed by a 2 double bedrooms, dining-room, kitchen, lounge and bathroom.
- Apartment “With a View” unique apartment, composed by a hall-sittingroom, small kitchen, bathroom, large double bedroom with fireplace, beamed ceiling and huge terrace with panoramic view over the city and monuments.
- Equipment included in the apartments A complete linen change, toilette set in bathroom, free Wi-Fi internet connection.
- Available services: linen change included in the price. One middle linen change for rentings up to a maximum of 7 days; weekly for monthly rentings. Final cleaning included. Eventual extra linen changes and/or extra cleaning during the stay have an extra charge and have to be paid on site. All consumptions are included. Arrival time and key delivery starting from 2.00 p.m. untill 10.00 p.m. Hotel assistance 24h
