ARS HOTELS proposes to you  a day a to become chef with “ Wanna be Italiano – Cooking Class & Central Market Tour –“.

Meet the chef Giovanni and learn how to cook a delicious Tuscan meal in the heart of Florence! Classes are offered  in a typical cuisine.

First you will go shopping with the chef at the market picking up the ingredients for you meal. You will use buthchers, bakers and farmers. You will learn how to ditinguish the high quality of the ingredients and taste local food and wines.

Afetr this fun experience you will reach your professional location and you will start to create your own meal driven by the expert chef Giovanni and his assistant Andrea.

The meal will be composed of bruschetta, home-made pasta and a main course accompanied with a selction of Chianti wines.

Tasting your creation you will be an attentive student and in the end yuo will receive you Graduation Certificate.
